My practice also includes working with mothers experiencing anxiety during pregnancy (perinatal) or after childbirth (postpartum), often involving fears about the baby’s health, parenting, or personal adequacy. 

Prenatal & Postpartum Depression

I work with mothers dealing with depression during and after pregnancy as well as with maternal burnout, a prolonged emotional and physical exhaustion due to the demands of motherhood.
